About Us
We take our work very seriously here at IT's Personal and as such we only use recognised, industry standard, certified technicians to carry out all jobs that we are called to.
My name is Mark and I have been involved in the computer and IT industry for approximately eleven years. During this time I personally have achieved certification from Microsoft, City & Guilds, CompTIA and other IT related bodies - MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), ETA-CNST (Electronics Technicians Association Certified Network Systems Technician), CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association) A+ & Network+ certified professional, so you can feel confident that when it comes to the welfare of your home and office computers and networks, we are well equipped to deal with the majority of situations.
The technologies involved in computing and networked environments are constantly evolving and as such it is necessary to keep up to date with all the latest and greatest developments, whilst still retaining the skills and knowledge needed to support the older technologies and equipment. IT’s Personal endeavours to do just that whilst at the same time presenting a friendly and informative service to customers.
We like to feel that we go "above and beyond the call of duty" in offering a friendly, confidential and knowledgeable service to all of our clients, be they existing, new or yet to have need of our services.
